Canceling an Activity

To cancel a scheduled activity with Tumbling Creek Lodge, please contact us via phone or email.

We can only accept a cancellation from the person who books the activity and has their name in our system. There will be NO refund for canceled activities. We will be happy to forward your deposit to another booking date, but will not refund any deposits.

Room and Cabin Assignments and Requests

You may request any room or cabin during your conversations with the Tumbling Creek Lodge representative. Any and all requests are considered as we try to accommodate all of our guests; however we work on a first come first serve basis. We will contact you if we are able to confirm your request.

Menu Request and Dietary Needs

We will be happy to honor any dietary needs of any individual in your group, or your entire group. If a special request is made and a certain food is required then we will do all we can to accommodate your request. Simply ask.
